Hi, I’m Elvin Hui. I’m a Senior Infrastructure Engineer with over 10 years of hands-on experience in enterprise data centers, cloud-native architectures, and network security. I hold active certifications as a Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) and an AWS Certified Solutions Architect.
Throughout my career, I’ve designed, deployed, and troubleshooted complex infrastructure environments — from racking servers in cold aisles to building zero-trust Kubernetes clusters across multi-cloud providers.
The Mission of SmartInfraLog
SmartInfraLog was born out of frustration. Too often, official documentation only covers the “happy path,” leaving engineers to fend for themselves when things inevitably break in production.
This blog is my digital garden where I systematize the fragmented “war stories” and hard-won lessons from the field. You won’t find empty theory here — just actionable, battle-tested insights.
